Good construction fails on bad paperwork. Ajay's job is to make sure the commercial side of a Vinayakam project is as disciplined as the site side.

He runs the front end of every enquiry: understanding your requirement, arranging a site visit with a technical director, and turning that into a clear, itemised quotation with defined scope and exclusions — so there are no surprises later.

Once a project is awarded, he owns the documentation trail: work orders, measurement sheets, RA bills, material approvals, GST and statutory compliance, and the payment schedule agreed with you. He coordinates with your PMC, architect and structural consultant so the site team is never waiting on a decision.

For tenders and empanelment, he compiles the credentials pack — company profile, past performance certificates, financial documents and safety records — in the format your procurement team asks for.
